Netrakona Representative:
On the occasion of Come and Change the Country, Change the World, Youth Festival 2025, the Madan Upazila Administration of Netrokona organized an anti-drug rally. The rally and discussion meeting were held at the Upazila Executive Officer's conference room at 11 am on Thursday. Deputy Commissioner Banani Biswas was present as the chief guest at the meeting. Upazila BNP President Md. Nurul Alam Talukder, General Secretary Md. Rafiqul Islam Akand, former Amir of Jamaat Md. Riaz Uddin, President of Hefazat-e-Islam Mufti Anwar Hossain, Principal (Acting) of Zubaida Rahman Women's Degree College Md. Mukhlesur Rahman, freedom fighter Md. Ajarul Islam Hiru, and Fatehpur UP Chairman Md. Samiul Haider Shafi also spoke at the meeting organized under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Ahona Jinnat. In addition, officials and employees of various departments in the upazila administration, administrators of various unions, leaders of the student coordinators of the upazila anti-discrimination movement, and local journalists working in various print and electronic media were present at the rally.
