Tufan Sporting Club won by 8 wickets on the 3rd day of the District Commissioner's Cup T-20 Cricket Tournament-2025 in Satkhira.

The match was held on Monday (February 24) morning at Satkhira Stadium between PK Union Club and Tufan Sporting Club.
In the game, Tufan Sporting Club's captain Ark won the toss and sent P.K. Union Club to bat first. PK. Club's captains Said and Uzan came out to bat. PK. Club's batting failure and Tufan Sporting Club's bowlers were able to collect 125 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. PK. Club scored only 19 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in the first power play of the T-20. Despite the batting failure, Ashiq scored 28 (18) and Uzan 26 (34) runs for the team. Tipu, Saiful and Mrityunjay took 2 wickets each in the bowling for Tufan Sporting.
Tufan Sporting Club sent Tanvir and Akash to bat with a target of 126 runs to win. Both the batsmen of Tufan started well after coming out to bat. With the team on 77 runs and 12 overs behind, Tanvir was clean bowled by PK Club's Ashiq and went to the pavilion for 34 (39). In the next over, Akash's 38 (33) wicket fell, which slowed down the pace a bit. With the extraordinary performance of Mrityunjay's unbeaten 41* (26) runs of the national cricket team, they reached the target of victory in 18 overs with 3 balls. As a result, Tufan Sporting Club won by 8 wickets.
Mrityunjay was adjudged Man of the Match for his all-round performance in the game.
GM Saiful Islam Bappi and Asif Kabir Hiron served as umpires in the game and Meher Ullah Al Ghalib Meher was the scorer. Ikramul Islam Lalu served as the match referee.
The final match of the group stage will be held tomorrow at the same ground between Ganamukhi Sangha and Young Balaka.
