Family Nutrition Garden Exhibition Distribution for Year-round Cultivation was held in Brahmanpara Upazila of Comilla District. (February 3) On Monday at 10 am, the Family Nutrition Garden Establishment Project (Phase 1) was distributed at the Agriculture Office organized by the Upazila Agricultural Extension Office. Upazila Agricultural Officer, Agriculturist Md. Masud Rana inaugurated the distribution of the Family Nutrition Garden Exhibition. At this time, Agricultural Extension Officer Md. Mukhlesur Rahman, Deputy Assistant Agricultural Officers Mohammad Hossain Mia, Md. Abul Hossain, Md. Tafazzal Hossain, Md. Shamimul Islam, Md. Samium Bashir and farmers were present. According to the Upazila Agricultural Office, the Family Nutrition Garden Exhibition for Year-round Cultivation was distributed among 66 farmers of the Upazila. Along with this, 23 types of vegetable seeds, 6 different fruit seedlings, organic fertilizer 10 kg, DAP 15 kg, MOP 10 kg, net and screen were provided for 1 year. These vegetables will be cultivated throughout the year. Upazila Agriculture Officer and Agriculturist Md. Masud Rana said, "If you make a vegetable garden suitable for cultivation for one year, you can meet the nutritional needs of the family and sell it in the market. On the one hand, this will meet the nutritional needs of the family and on the other hand, you can also make a profit."
