The 10th annual festival organized by the devotees of Banikpara has been completed at the house of the venerable Manmohan Talapatra in Banikpara area of Sadar Union, Sarail Upazila, Brahmanbaria.
The 24-hour Harinama Sankirtan will be held from Sunday, February 23rd to Arunoday, Wednesday, February 26th.
Earlier, on Friday, February 21, the 10th annual festival began with Gita recitation. On Friday, Shri Gaurmohan Das recited from the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, and on Saturday, Shri Bhakti Kinkar Damodar Maharaj recited from the Srimad Bhagavad Gita. Then, the 24-hour Harinama Sankirtan began with the installation of the Mangal Ghat. The three-day Harinama performance was attended by Kakrishna Sarathi community - Sirajganj, Shishu Gopal community - Magura, Braj Madhuri community - Gopalganj, Adi Satsangh community - Satkhira, Binapani community - Gopalganj and Madhuri Lata community - Gopalganj.
Mahaprasad was distributed from noon on Tuesday. Apart from this, prasad was provided to the devotees every day. This year's event ended with a Nagar Kirtan on Wednesday.
