A friendly football tournament was held in Savar in memory of the late Arafat Rahman Koko, a prominent sports organizer. Sobhanbagh Sporting Club and Shahibagh Sporting Club participated in this mini-football tournament organized by Shahibagh Sporting Club.
Later, the chief guest of the event, former councilor and BNP leader Lion Khorshed Alam, handed over the trophy to Shahibagh Sporting Club, which won the tiebreaker. The event was presided over by Taj Khan Naeem, the presidential candidate of Savar Municipality Chhatra Dal.
The program was inaugurated by BNP leader Yunus Khan, who is a candidate for the post of Ward No. 7 councilor. BNP leaders Amjad Hossain Tutul, Rasheduzzaman Bachchu, BNP leaders Mohammad Ali Pathan and others were present as special guests. The game was organized by Ward No. 7 BNP Youth Affairs Secretary Nazmul Islam Rubel.
