If you do not file a case, we will not be able to find the existence of the body or your family. We keep the administration in our pocket. On Tuesday (August 4) afternoon, four helmeted men on two motorcycles on the west side of the road in Comilla Dharmasagar threatened local journalist and human rights activist Moudud Abdullah Shuvro with these words and quickly fled. Drop the case or the outcome will not be good.
Shuvro said that I went to the Superintendent of Police's office on a business trip. After exiting through the eastern gate, they quickly left the place after making these threats.
Human rights activist Shuvro said that orders have been issued to arrest 8 main accused in the 41/850 GR case and to arrest the unidentified accused including Ezhar in the FIR/GR case reference.
He further said, "I will file two cases on these two issues. Regarding my security, I have already informed the Deputy Commissioner of Comilla, Superintendent of Police, RAB Company Commander-11 CPC 2, and Commander, Comilla Army Camp."
I have filed a written complaint with the Army Colonel GS, Comilla DGF I Comilla Cantonment, Joint Director – NSI Comilla District, and everyone. I have attached a copy of the court case, a copy of the police station FIR, and then an online general diary (GD) related to security at the Comilla Kotwali Model Police Station, requesting special legal protection and administrative security from everyone.
On Tuesday night, IO Khaju Mia of the case said that the accused in the Ezha case are moving to different places in Dhaka and other districts, so it is getting difficult to catch them. We hope to arrest them very soon.
Mahinul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Comilla Kotwali Model Police Station, said, "We are trying to bring the accused under the law and arrest them. The District Superintendent of Police has also given instructions in this regard."
