Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-9 has recovered an unlicensed foreign revolver from the Osmaninagar police station area of Sylhet.
The firearm was recovered during a raid conducted in the Dayamir Bazar area of Dayamir village under Osmaninagar police station on Sunday (February 2) night.
RAB-9 confirmed the information in a press release sent to the media on Sunday afternoon.
RAB-9 said that an abandoned foreign revolver was recovered during a raid in Dayamir Bazar area of Dayamir village under Osmaninagar police station around 9 pm on Sunday.
RAB-9 said that the evidence seized in the original GD has been handed over to Osmaninagar Police Station in Sylhet district for further legal action.
