In the seven months from July to January of the current fiscal year 2024-25, the garment sector's exports increased by 12 percent compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year. In these seven months, Bangladesh exported garments worth $23.55 billion. Of this, export earnings increased by 5.7 percent in January alone to $28.97 billion.
