Joypurhat District Representative Former Dhaka University student leader Abbas Ali is distributing leaflets and carrying out a mass outreach program to create public awareness demanding the implementation of the 31-point outline for repairing the state structure announced by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
