Masum Parvez, Special Correspondent: The body of an unidentified woman with her throat slit was recovered in a seem field in Bora Badnapara (Purbapara) village of Ward No. 7 of Chatra Union of Pirganj Upazila of Rangpur. On Friday (February 7), at around 7 am, local housewife Roshanyara (45) went to pick chillies from the chilli field and found the woman's body lying in the seem field nearby. The body is estimated to be 35 years old. When she screamed in fear, people in the area came and informed the Pirganj police. However, the identity of the deceased has not been identified yet, locals said. Police have reached the spot and started an investigation.
