Pirojpur Correspondent A schoolgirl was killed in an auto accident in Kaukhali, Pirojpur. It is learnt that Habiba (6), daughter of a timber trader Kawsar Sharif of Gosantara village in Sadar union of Kaukhali upazila, was killed. On Wednesday morning, February 5, an auto accident hit the schoolgirl while she was standing on the side of the road adjacent to Kathalia bus stand on Kaukhali Naikati road with her mother to drop a relative. She was seriously injured and was rescued by locals and taken to Kaukhali Upazila Health Complex.
