Lalmohammad Kibria: A “Youth March for Peace” was held in Nalitabari, Sherpur, under the joint initiative of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and the National Citizens Committee. The procession was held in Nalitabari town on Thursday (February 13) afternoon. The procession started from the Upazila Parishad premises and ended at Shaheed Minar intersection after circumambulating the main roads of the town. Maruf Sarkar, Reporter: Dismissed police members staged a protest in front of the Bangladesh Secretariat demanding their reinstatement. When the police tried to remove them, a scuffle broke out. Later, the police resorted to lathicharge.
