Students of Paikgachha Government Girls' High School held a press conference against the principal of the school.
Farhana Islam (Ritu), a class 10 student, read a written statement at the Paikgachha Press Club on Sunday morning. The students alleged that since the head teacher Bhairabi Rani Roy joined Paikgachha Government Girls High School on 7/5/24, she has been coming to school once a month. While taking her salary, the teacher behaves disrespectfully with the students and does not give or receive the exam routine, syllabus, class routine, school certificate, leave notice of the students. After blocking the main road demanding the resignation of the head teacher of Paikgachha Government Girls High School in November last year, the students said that although DD Sir Senior Sir Abdul Wahab from Khulna was given the responsibility of the acting head teacher, he cannot fulfill all the responsibilities as he was not given the responsibility in writing.
