A mural of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman has been vandalized at the Upazila Parishad premises in Mirsarai, Chittagong.
On Thursday (February 6) at 7 pm, students and people protesting against upazila discrimination, under the banner of the National Citizens Committee, held a protest march at the Upazila Parishad premises. Later, the mural of Bangabandhu, which was located next to the pond in the Upazila Parishad premises, was demolished.
At that time, they demanded that fascist Hasina and her cronies be brought to justice quickly. Mirsarai Anti-Discrimination Student Representative Asif said, "We, Chhatra Dal, Shibir together vandalized Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's mural. We will not leave any sign of fascism on the soil of Bengal."
