Joypurhat District Representative
Former Dhaka University student leader Abbas Ali is distributing leaflets and conducting mass outreach activities to create public awareness demanding the implementation of the 31-point outline for repairing the state structure announced by BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman.
On Wednesday (February 5) afternoon, he visited the Molamgari market in Jindarpur Union of Kalai Upazila of Joypurhat, distributing leaflets and holding public meetings.
Former BNP senior vice-president Fakhruzzaman Chowdhury Rumi, former organizing secretary of Kalai Upazila Jubo Dal Firoz Kabir, Jindarpur Union BNP members Majidul Islam, Shahidul Islam, Jindarpur Union BNP leader Rashedul Islam and ward BNP leader Saidul Islam, along with leaders and activists of district, upazila and union BNP Jubo Dal Swechchhasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal were present at the leaflet distribution program.
The autocratic Hasina government had turned Bangladesh into an Indian-subservient state. At that time, BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman had announced 31-point demands for the purpose of reforming the state structure. To deliver these instructions to the doorsteps of the people, a leaflet distribution program is being implemented in Kalai Upazila.
