A preparatory meeting was held in Uzirpur, Barisal, on the occasion of celebrating the youth festival properly. On February 4, at 4:30 pm, at the initiative of the Upazila Social Service Officer's office, the discussion was chaired by Social Service Officer Md. Abul Kalam Azad.
