Domestic workers themselves must be aware of the implementation of their rights. Workers must be given increased wages, weekly leave arrangements, maternity welfare benefits, and opportunities for rehabilitation must be created. Otherwise, it will not be possible to implement the domestic worker protection and welfare policy. These were the speakers at a discussion meeting on the implementation of the domestic worker protection and welfare policy.

We have to understand them too and we have to understand them too."
