মানুষ যখন নিজের বাচাঁর অধিকার হারিয়ে ফেলে দেয়ালে পিঠ ঠেকে যায় তখন রাষ্ট্রের সর্বোচ্চ ক্ষমতাধর ব্যক্তির দৃষ্টি কামণা করে একটু বেঁচে থাকার জন্য। মনের আকুতি দিয়ে দেশের সর্বোচ্চ ব্যক্তির হস্তক্ষেপ কামণা করেন যেন বাবা, মা,স্ত্রী ও সন্তানাদি নিয়ে এ পৃথিবীতে একটু স্বাভাবিক ভাবে বাঁচতে পারে।
কুমিল্লার বাচার জন্য লড়াই করছেন একজন ক্ষুদ্র ব্যবসায়ী ও মানবাধিকার কর্মী এবং স্থানীয় সাংবাদিক মওদুদ আবদুল্লাহ শুভ্র।
একাধিকবার হামলাকারী দুর্বৃত্তরা তাকে জখম,হামলা প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দিয়ে লাশ ইট ভাটায় পুড়িয়ে ফেলবে বলে থ্রেট দিয়েছে অনেকবার ।

মওদুদ শুভ্র জানান, আমার স্ত্রী কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া সরকারি কলেজে মাস্টার্সে অধ্যয়নরত। তাকে সন্ত্রাসীরা কলেজে যাওয়ার সময় এসিড মারার হুমকি দেয়। যার দরুন আমার স্ত্রীর কলেজে যাওয়া বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে এজন্য তার পড়ালেখা বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে । ভিকটিম শুভ্রর ফেসবুক, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ এবং ইমো তথ্য প্রযুক্তি অপব্যবহার করে হ্যাকিং ও ক্লোনিং করা সহ পরোক্ষ লোকদারা জনমনে অপুরনীয় ক্ষতি সাধনের উদ্দেশ্যে নানা বিধ তথ্য বিভ্রান্তি ও তথ্য গুজব চাদাবাজি ও মামলা প্রত্যাহার করার অসৎ উদ্দেশ্যে উক্ত কথিত প্রশাসনের নাম ধারী ” স্যার গ্রুপ ” নামীয় অস্ত্রধারী দুঃস্কৃতিকারিরা।

আমার জীবনের নিরাপত্তা চেয়ে ২০১৭ সাল থেকে প্রশাসনের সহযোগিতা চেয়ে আসছি। আমাকে অস্ত্র দিয়ে জখম, চাঁদাবাজি ও ছিনতাইয়ের দরুন কোতোয়ালি মডেল থানায় ১৪ নভেম্বর আমি ৮ জনের নামসহ অজ্ঞাত ৪ থেকে ৫ জনের নামে মামলা দায়ের করি।
মামলার আসামিরা হলেন, আমড়াতলি ৪ নম্বর ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ বর্তমানে পাস্তুবির ৫ নম্বর ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের সুবর্ণপুর এলাকার ছাওয়ালপুর গ্রামের মৃত বাবুল সর্দারের ছেলে মহিউদ্দিন (৩৮), আদালত পাড়ার টাউট মতিন (৩৮), তারেক (৪২), ঢাকার জিগাতলা ধানমন্ডির মৃত ওয়াকিলুর রহমানের ছেলে ফয়সল রহমান জনি (৩৮), সদর দক্ষিণ গলিয়ারা ইউনিয়নের হাবিবের ছেলে মো. মতিন (৪০), ডুমুরিয়া চানপুরের আরাফাত (৩৬), ফৌজদারি সংলগ্ন আল আমিন (৩৫), আদালতের পশ্চিম গেইটের সোনিয়া (৩২), এবং অজ্ঞাতনামা আরও নারী পুরুষ ৫-৬ জন।
এজহার নামীয় আসামীদের ভিতরে পাচথুবি ইউনিয়নের ৫ নাম্বার ইউনিয়ন এর সুবর্ণপুর গ্রামের মৃত বাবুল সরদারের ছেলে মহিউদ্দিন ( যুবলীগ ক্যাডার এবং বালু- মাটি ব্যবসায়ী ), এই মহিউদ্দিন এর নামে উক্ত মামলা,অস্ত্র মামলা সহ বৈষম্য বিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের ছাত্র জনতার উপর অস্ত্র দিয়ে আঘাত করে আহত করার মামলা সহ একাধিক মাদক বড়ো চালানের মামলা সহ মোট ৮-১০ টি মামলা রয়েছে বলে পুলিশ জানায়।সে প্রতিনিয়ত ভিক্টিম মওদুদ আব্দুল্লাহ শুভ্র কে তার পরোক্ষ অস্ত্রধারী সন্ত্রাসীদের দ্বারা যারা হুমকি ধমকি সহ প্রান নাশ করিবে এবং ভিক্টিম মওদুদ আব্দুল্লাহ শুভ্র’র পরিবারের সদস্যদের অপূরণীয় ক্ষতি করিবে বলে আল্টিমেটাম দিয়ে যায়।

With the help of the CNG driver, I called my friend Mohammad Zillur, a lawyer at the Comilla Judge Court, and other friends. Some of them, fearing some trouble, came and admitted me to the emergency department of the Comilla General Hospital that night and received medical treatment for the injuries inflicted by the terrorists on my entire body, including stitches on my left hand.
Two days before the fall of the fascist Awami government amid student and public protests, on August 3, due to the law and order situation in the country not being normal, on August 19 last year, a case was filed under the Speedy Trial Act against 3 unidentified men and a woman along with the mobile numbers they used. Which is under investigation by the Comilla District PBI. After finding the truth of the case, Inspector Mosleh Uddin of the Comilla District PBI is at the stage of submitting the final report to the learned court for taking legal action.
I have been seeking the assistance of the administration since 2017 for the safety of my life. On November 14, I filed a case at the Kotwali Model Police Station against 8 people and 4 to 5 unknown people for assaulting me with a weapon, extortion, and robbery.
সন্ত্রাসীবাহিনীরা পুনরায় ভিক্টিম মওদুদ আব্দুল্লাহকে দ্রুত তার করা মামলা প্রত্যাহার চাপ প্রদান করে আসছে শুধু তাই নয় বিভিন্ন প্রশাসনের পরিচয় প্রদান করে অজ্ঞাত নামা নারী পুরুষ কিছু লোক জন বলে – এই মামলা প্রত্যাহার না করলে সন্ত্রাসী পক্ষের পরোক্ষ লোকেরা সরাসরি যে কোন মামলা দিয়ে তুলে নিয়ে সরাসরি গুম করে ইট ভাটায় লাশ পুড়িয়ে ফেলবে বলে জানায় এবং এরই সুত্র ধরে গত দিন গুলো ধরে অপরিচিত বিভিন্ন অজ্ঞাত নামা হ্যালমেট পড়া লোকজন প্রতিনিয়ত ভিক্টিম মওদুদ শুভ্র চারপাশে ঘুরাফেরা করছে। যে কোন মুহূর্তে যেকোনো ধরনের দুর্ঘটনা ঘটাতে পারে এবং সুনিশ্চিত করার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
এই ব্যাপারে তার ও তার পারিবারিক নিরাপত্তা বিষয়ক কুমিল্লা কোতোয়ালি অফিসার ইনচার্জ সহ তদন্তের অফিসার , কুমিল্লা জেলা ডি বি পুলিশের অফিসার ইনচার্জ সহ সেনাবাহিনী কুমিল্লার ক্যাম্প কমান্ডার সকলকে সন্ত্রাসীদের অপরাধের কার্যকলাপ লিখিতভাবে ও মৌখিকভাবে জান – মালের নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষার বিষয়ে অবগত করে দ্রুত অপরাধীদের আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হয়।
Starting from 2017, despite complaining to various administrative circles, they are not getting relief from the hands of terrorists. Due to the repeated attacks and torture by Moudud Shuvro, he filed a complaint with Kotwali Police Station on January 14, 2023, number 192.
As the terrorists became even more enraged, Moudud Abdullah filed a case with the Speedy Trial Law Court on August 19, 2024, under the number CR 36/24, for stabbing Shuvro to death in the upper chamber and threatening to hide his body.
A case was filed at the Comilla Kotwali Model Police Station on November 14, 2024, under case number 41/850, for extortion, theft and robbery.
A complaint has been filed with the Comilla Kotwali Police Station. It is learnt from the complaint that Moudud Abdullah Shuvro is a human rights activist and sole proprietor of Messrs. Moudud Varieties Construction and Moudud Builders. People known to the accused have been threatening the defendant on his mobile number. The criminals are harassing and beating Moudud Shuvro in various ways, demanding extortion. The said terrorists have also stabbed him with a knife in order to kill Moudud Shuvro. At that time, the police station could not register a case as the terrorist force could not be completely identified and since the accused were mostly followers of Awami League leaders, they dominated everywhere. After injuring him, they came back and demanded extortion, and a case was registered against the accused and some other accused including unknown names.
আর দুটি বিষয়ে দুটি মামলা হয় ৪ আগস্ট হত্যার উদ্দেশ্য ছুরি ও অস্ত্র প্রদর্শন করে শারীরিক ভাবে আহত করে এবং নিয়মিত ভাবে চাদা চাইতে থাকে চাদা না দেওয়াতে ছুরিকাঘাত, টাকা পয়সা, মোবাইল ও সাংবাদিকতার ক্যামেরা সব ছিনিয়ে নেয় পরে থানায় মামলা এই বিষয়ে না নেওয়াতে আদালতে দ্রুত বিচার আইনে চাদাবাজি মামলা দায়ের করা হয়। মামলার নাম্বার -দ্রুত সি আর-৩৬/২৪, তারিখ:১৯.০৮.২০২৪ ইং।ধারা – আইন শৃঙ্খলা বিঘ্নকারী অপরাধ ( দ্রুত বিচার) আইন ২০০২ ( সংশোধনী /২০১৯) এর ৪/৫ নং । অত:পর পুনরায় এই সন্ত্রাসী চক্র গত ১৩ -১৬ অক্টোবর চাদাবাজি পুনরায় করতে থাকে সরাসরি এসে এবং হুমকি ধমকি দিতে থাকে সাথে মোবাইল কল ও এস এম এস দিতে থাকে।যেটা ভিক্টিম মওদুদ শুভ্র’র মোবাইলে সব সংরক্ষিত আছে অত:পর এজহার নামীয় সন্ত্রাসী বাহিনী সহ তাদের পরোক্ষ অজ্ঞাত নামা লোক জন এবং প্রশাসনের নাম অপব্যবহার করা কঠিত অস্ত্রধারী খুনী নারী পুরুষ সম্মিলিত ” স্যার গ্রুপ ” হত্যার হুমকি ধমকি এবং সুযোগ খুজতে থাকে পরে বাধ্য হয়ে শারিরিক জখমি থেকে শুরু করে সার্বিক অপরাধের বিষয় অবগত করে পৃথক আরেকটি ১৪ই নভেম্বর, ২০২৪ ইং থানায় ৮ জনকে অভিজুক্ত করে সাথে অজ্ঞাতনামা আরো ৫/৬ জনকে আসামি করে তাদের সকলের বিরুদ্ধে কুমিল্লা কোতোয়ালি মডেল থানায় একটি এফ আই আর / জি আর মামলা দায়ের করা হয়।

এবংআমারপরিবার-পরিজনের ক্ষয়ক্ষতি করবে বলে প্রকাশ্যে, মোবাইল ফোনে ও এসএমএস দিয়ে হুমকি দেয়। ইতোমধ্যে তারা আমার ফেসবুক আইডি হ্যাকও করেছে এবং নানাবিধ অপরাধের আশ্রয় নিচ্ছে।
পুরাতন চৌধুরী পাড়ায় মাফিয়া স্যার গ্রুপের অত্যচার মহামারি আকার ধারণ করছে কখনো দুটি মটর সাইকেলে ৪ জন আবার কখনো ৩ টি মোটর সাইকেলে ৬ জন একসাথে আসে একে অপরকে স্যার বকে সম্ভোধন করে। গলি এ রাস্তায় সবার মাথায় হেলমেট থাকে তাদেরকে হেলমেটের দরুন চেনা যায় না।

তিনি আরও বলেন বিগত চার মাস ধরে এজহার নামীয় বাকী আসামীদের আত্মীয়স্বজন ও বন্ধুবান্ধব মাফিয়া ” স্যার গ্রুপ” যারা নাম দিয়ে প্রশাসন এবং আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীর নাম ভাঙ্গিয়ে আমাকে হুমকি দিয়ে আসছে মামলা তুলে নেয়ার জন্য । তারা আমার ফেসবুক আইডি হ্যাক করে এবং আমার মোবাইল নাম্বার ক্লোন করেছে। ১০ লাখ টাকা না দিলে আমার আমার ফেসবুক আইডি থেকে বিভিন্ন অশ্লিল ছবি ও ভিডিও পোস্টসহ নানা ধরনের হুমকি দিয়ে আসছে। এজন্য তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তি বিষয়ক সাইবার অপরাধীদের বিরুদ্ধে আমি থানায় জিডি করি সাইবার ক্রাইম ও জিটিটাল নিরাপত্তার জন্য।
According to the GD sources, the gang named Sir Group is trying to blackmail me in various ways by hacking the page of an online newspaper run from the ID of Moudud Abdullah Shuvro. Since the arrest of the accused Mohiuddin, the other accused named Ezhar are threatening me in various ways to withdraw the case. I am demanding exemplary punishment by bringing the criminals under the law and demanding safety of my life from the administration.
In this regard, Comilla Kotwali Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Mohinul Islam said, the police are trying to arrest the accused in this case quickly. He said, along with arresting the accused very soon, the main accused will also be brought under the law based on the information. The criminals will not be given any concessions in this regard. The victim, Moudud Abdullah Shuvro, said that he was threatened with death by a man who came on a motorcycle and showed him a weapon. As soon as I came to know about it, I sent a police force for his security. They are extortionists and terrorists, so they defame the administration to the victim.
Comilla District Police Superintendent Mohammad Nazir Ahmed Khan said, "I told Moudud Abdullah Shuvro that if there is any problem, call me anytime and I will take necessary action."
Kotwali Model Police Station SI and IO of the case Khaju Mia said that measures have already been taken to arrest the accused criminal named Ezhar and the criminals associated with them according to the law.
মানবধিকার কর্মী মওদুদ আবদুল্লাহ শুভ্র তার ও তার পরিবারের আইনগত সুরক্ষা এবং প্রশাসনিক সার্বিক নিরাপত্তার জন্য এবং আসামীদেরকে দ্রুত গ্রেফতার এবং আসামীদের মদদদাতা – পৃষ্ঠপোষক কথিত খুনী সিন্ডিকেইট বাহিনী ” অস্ত্রধারী স্যার গ্রুপের ” সনাক্ত করে তাদের মদদে এই ধরনের নাশকতা ছড়ানোর জন্য ভিক্টিম মওদুদ শুভ্র বাসস্থানের আশে পাশে এবং পরোক্ষ মামলা প্রত্যাহার জন্য চাপ প্রয়োগ ও চাদাবাজির আইনি বিচার চেয়ে পুরো প্রশাসনের নাম অপ- ব্যবহারকারী বে- আইনি স্যার গ্রুপকে গ্রেপ্তার করার জন্য মাননীয় প্রধান উপদেষ্টা মহোদয় ড. মুহামদ ইউনুস নিকট আকুল সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করেন।
