Diploma Medical Association in Narail has 4-point demands. Ujjwal Roy, Narail district representative, said that the leaders of the association held a press conference at the Narail IT Center in Narail city on Sunday afternoon and presented their demands.
Diplomate physician Indrajit Kundu, diploma physician Helaluddin, diploma physician Sanjit Kumar, diploma physician Raihanuddin and many others spoke at the press conference.
The speakers said, upgrading to 10th grade like other diplomas. Appointing diploma doctors to vacant posts in 10th grade as soon as possible. Appointing 4.5-year medical diploma doctors to increase the quality of service in community clinics. Modernizing the MATS curriculum, upgrading it to contemporary and international standards, providing higher education opportunities like other diplomas and as part of the fundamental rights recognized by the state and providing competitive participation in separate medical colleges or existing medical colleges, forming the Medical Education Board of Bangladesh, changing the name of the institution and changing the name of the degree.
