A 31-member committee has been formed by the Bangladesh Nationalist Social and Cultural Organization - JASAS Sariakandi Sadar Union branch.
On Tuesday (February 25) afternoon, at the Dighalkandi temporary office, Sadiqul Islam Sihab presided over the meeting, with Sariakandi Upazila Police Advisor and Municipal BNP Vice President and former student leader Mujahidul Islam Palash present as the chief guest.
Upazila Jasas President Abdur Razzak Raju, General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Milon, Vice President Mamunur Rashid Mamun, Organizing Secretary Delwar Hossain Jhantu were present as special guests. Jasas leader Mamun Abdul Qayyum Sarkar, Mukti Mandal, Jalal and other upazila and union Jasas leaders were also present at the time.
As per the decision of all the members of the meeting, a 31-member Sariakandi Sadar Union JASAS Committee was formed with Sadiqul Islam Sihab as the president, Hira Manik as the general secretary, and Saddam Hossain Shafi as the organizing secretary.
