Students held a protest march across the city with the slogan, "Ensure the hanging of rapists before the number of rapes increases."
This afternoon, ordinary students of Thakurgaon took out this protest procession from the Government Boys High School District School. The procession passed through the city's crossroads, returned through Kalibari Government Girls' School, and protested in front of the Deputy Commissioner's office. They chanted, "Abu Said is impressed, the war is not over."
During the protest, students raised slogans expressing concern over the alarming increase in rape, kidnapping, and robbery in the country. They demanded that the concerned authorities bring the accused to justice quickly and take necessary steps in the current law and order situation in the country.
Students from various schools in the city, including students from Government Boys and Girls High Schools, participated in the procession.
