The prize distribution ceremony of the annual sports competition of Barura Sunrise School and College, Comilla, 2025 was held.
On Saturday, February 22 at 11 am, the event was presided over by Sunrise School and College Managing Committee Member Dewan Nazrul Islam and was attended by Barura Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Mong Marma Mong as the chief guest. The event was moderated by Sunrise School and College Director Md. Shahadat Hossain. Barura Upazila Secondary Education Officer Ratan Kumar Saha, Barura Sunrise School and College Managing Committee Member Md. Khorshed Alam Patwary, Barura Haji Noab Ali Pilot High School Headmaster Md. Medhad Uddin, Jhalom High School and College Lecturer Md. Abdus Samad, Janata Bank Comilla EPZ Branch Senior Officer Md. Saddam Hossain, Barura Upazila Islami Chhatra Shibir President Md. Farhad Hossain were present as special guests.
All the teachers, guardians and students of the school were present at the time. On this day, prizes were distributed among 99 students in the first, second and third categories. In addition, certificates and scholarship money were distributed among 9 students who participated in the scholarship examination of Welfare Association of Model Institute, Comilla, who received scholarships in the talented and general grades.
