Under the slogan 'Scouting to build a society without discrimination', the initiative of Bangladesh Scouts was held in the "Hardpoint" area, surrounded by a beautiful natural environment on the west bank of the Jamuna River in Sirajganj.
The 7-day 7th National Community Development Camp (COMDECA) of Bangladesh Scouts was officially inaugurated.
On Thursday (February 20), at 4 pm, at the Hard Point of Sirajganj city, National Scout Training Center-2, the units appeared in the arena, the invited guests arrived, were seated and welcomed, and seats were taken on the stage. The invited guests were given Comdeka scarf badges, hats, and hats. Quran recitation from the holy scriptures, Holy Gita reading. Holy Gita reading, Holy Tripitaka reading, Holy Bible reading. Comdeka flag handover, Comdeka music, Comdeka flag hoisting, salute to the flag, and flag bearers paraded around the field. Dis Play-1, Dis Play-2 were performed by Rover Scouts.

The second day was inaugurated virtually by Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the chief advisor to the interim government. During his speech, he recalled, "During my student life, I worked in various scout camps in the country and abroad as an active scout and scout leader. We will not let the blood of the martyrs go to waste. Today, the martyrs have shown us a new path. We must realize their dreams. I declare the auspicious inauguration of this event.

The official opening ceremony was officially opened by COMDECA Chief and Member Secretary, Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdha.
Also speaking were the President of the 7th National COMDECA Organizing Committee and Principal Secretary to the Chief Advisor M. Siraj Uddin Mia, Convener of the Ad Hoc Committee of Bangladesh Scouts and Senior Secretary of the Roads and Highways Department Md. Ehsanul Haque, Member Secretary of the Ad Hoc Committee and Chief Executive of the July Shahid Smriti Foundation Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdha, Secretary of the Technical and Madrasa Department Dr. Kh. M. Kabirul Islam, Farida Yasmin, Professor Fahmida, Md. Touhidul Islam, Md. Rezaul Karim, Md. Shamsul Haque. Also present at the event were Comdeca officials. The conference was moderated by Bangladesh Scouts Deputy Director Md. Hamzar Rahman Shamim. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nazrul Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner Sarbik Ganapati Roy, Superintendent of Police Md. Faruk Hossain and other officials of the district administration were also present.
It is worth noting that the seven-day 7th Comdeca began with the registration of participating Rover Scouts, Rover Leaders, Volunteers, and Journalists. The Scout Training Center has become bustling with the presence of participating Rover Scouts, Leaders, and Volunteers.
Organized by Bangladesh Scouts, this grand event witnessed immense enthusiasm among the people of Sirajganj.

7th National ComDeca Coordinator Professor Dr. Khan Mainuddin Al Mahmud Sohel said, this ComDeca will be held from Wednesday, February 19 to February 25 at the Scout Training Center-2 of Hard Point, Sirajganj. About 6,000 scout members and leaders from different parts of the country are participating in this year's ComDeca. Members of the Advisory Council of the Interim Government and policy makers of Bangladesh Scouts were present at various parts of the 7-day ComDeca.
It is worth noting that the 3rd National Comdeca and 8th National Rover Moot were held in Sirajganj in 2001. Since then, the Heart Point area has been used as a scout training center.
