A motorcyclist was killed in a head-on collision with a passenger bus in Goura Nadi.
On Thursday, 20/2/2025, at around 9 am, a young man named Md. Tuhin (27), the rider of the motorcycle, died when a Dhaka-bound Sakura Paribahan vehicle leaving Barisal collided head-on with a Barisal-bound motorcycle at a place called Kattakshal on the Goura River on the Dhaka-Barisal Highway.
Gournadi Police Station Officer-in-Charge OC Md. Aminur Rahman said that the deceased Tuhin's house is on T&T Road in Matlab Upazila of Chandpur. His father's name is Keramat Ali. The police have recovered the body. And the bus and motorcycle involved in the accident are in police custody.
