US President Donald Trump has reprimanded an Indian media reporter during a joint press conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stopped the journalist's question and said he did not understand the question because his pronunciation was incomprehensible.
At this point, Donald Trump looked quite annoyed. He scolded the journalist and said, "I can't understand anything because of your bad pronunciation!"
On Thursday, the India Today reporter was questioning the extradition of 2008 Mumbai terror attack suspect Tahabbur Rana. The reporter asked Trump what his plan would be to deal with the issue.
First, Trump replied, "You need to speak louder."
Later, when the reporter went to ask the question a second time, Trump stopped and said, "I don't understand a word. It's not really an accent. It's a little hard for me."
A few minutes later, after the President had finished answering a separate question, another India Today reporter asked his colleague's question again. Trump replied.
