With just four days left, the ICC Champions Trophy is set to return to the field after eight years. The ICC has revealed a way for viewers to enjoy the eight-team tournament live without having to be at the field.
The world cricket governing body on Saturday announced the names of the broadcasters of the global tournament in various countries, announcing where and on what channels the game will be broadcast.
Two TV channels in Bangladesh will broadcast all the matches of this tournament live - T-Sports and Nagorik TV. This 19-day exciting tournament can also be watched on the digital platform Taffy app. The matches can also be watched live on mobile through this app with a subscription.
In India, it will be shown on Geostar. To watch on television, you will have to keep an eye on Star Sports and Sports-18.
This time, Indian channels will provide commentary in 9 languages. The languages are - English, Hindi, Marathi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. This is the first time such an initiative has been taken at an ICC event.
Pakistani viewers will be able to watch the game on PTV and Ten Sports. The Myco and Tamasha apps will be available for online streaming in the country.
Additionally, fans will be able to watch games for free from 80 countries and territories on ICC TV, the ICC's own digital platform.
