On January 9 of this year, Sajib Ahmed, the religious affairs secretary of Sylhet District Jubo Dal and son of Md. Namor Ali of Mirzapur village of Moglabazar police station, filed a case in court accusing 477 people.
The case was recorded on February 3 at the Kotwali Police Station in Sylhet city on the orders of the court. Chhechra Mamun was mentioned as the 27th accused in the case. The plaintiff also participated in this program. At that time, the accused in the case came with a procession from Rikabi Bazar in the city and opened fire and exploded cocktails with the intention of killing the students and the plaintiff who were present at Chowhatta. At that time, Chhechra Mamun shot the plaintiff in the head with the firearm in his hand, intending to kill him. The bullet missed the target and hit the plaintiff's left ear, fatally injuring him.

Basically, he is a YouTuber. There is also anger among everyone about his YouTube channel named Adhikari TV. Some also call him a journalist of Bhedveda TV.
After August 5, when the whole country was protesting against the injustice and oppression, Chechra Mamun gave birth to another story. He was accompanied by Awami Jubo League cadre Iqbal Hossain Rahel Kamali and some other terrorists. 2024 On October 31, 2018, at 7:00 PM, a suburban man attacked and sexually assaulted a young woman.
He dragged the young woman on the street on false charges and sexually assaulted her. At that time, he also made a video of the young woman. Later, he uploaded it on his YouTube channel. The young woman filed a case in this incident. It is known that the case is currently pending in the court.

On the night of October 10 of the same year, he and his terrorist force entered the house of an expatriate's wife in Major Tila's Mohammadpur, posing as journalists, and intimidated the woman's husband. At that time, he demanded a ransom of 1 lakh taka from them. Later, he left the house with 25 thousand taka and 4 annas worth of gold earrings. While leaving, Cadre Mamun, Saju, and Ubaydullah forbade her from telling anyone about the incident. They threatened that if the incident became known, she would be hanged in a false case. In that incident, the expatriate's wife named Jahanara Begum filed a complaint at Shahparan Police Station.
Above all, after the fall of the Awami League government, Mamun and his forces did not commit any such acts as looting, kidnapping, sugar smuggling, drug dealing, and extortion under the guise of journalism.
It is learnt that since the young woman from the suburb filed a case against Mamun, his associate Iqbal Hossain has been threatening to withdraw the case through Rahel Kamali.
Meanwhile, Chatur Mamun has removed the picture of himself as a Jubo League leader from his Facebook profile. Sources say he is currently posing as a Jamaat and BNP activist.
