Financial assistance of Tk. 1.5 million provided to the families of three killed in an accident in Nilphamari

Three families killed in a road accident in Nilphamari have been provided with financial assistance of Tk 1.5 lakh. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Jyoti Bikash Chandra handed over the cheques to the affected families at the meeting room of the Deputy Commissioner's office on Sunday (February 9) afternoon.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Finance and Administration) Mohammad Mohsen, Civil Surgeon Dr. Hasibur Rahman and BRTA Nilphamari Circle Assistant Director SM Mahbubur Rahman were present at the time. The victims are Mamun Ali, Jahanur Islam and Rabeya Begum.
SM Mahbubur Rahman, Assistant Director of BRTA Nilphamari Circle, said that each person was given a check of 5 lakh taka and 1.5 lakh taka. This assistance is provided by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
