Job Representative,
The JOBI administration allowed 12 candidates who arrived half an hour after the scheduled time due to heavy traffic congestion and light rain.
It was observed on the spot that today, February 22nd (Saturday), 12 students in the 2nd shift of the JOB "A" unit admission test entered the test center half an hour late due to heavy traffic jams and light rain.
During the second shift at the JOB exam center, students were seen running into the center even after the exam started. The university's Rover Scouts, Rangers, and BNCC worked to escort the late-arriving candidates to the exam hall.
However, it is known that compared to the admission tests for D and B units in the past two days, there is excessive traffic congestion and light rain on the road from Gulistan to Jagannath University for the admission test for A unit today.
A student who arrived late at the JOB center said, "There is a heavy traffic jam from Gulistan. We had to walk the entire way. There are no cars running at all."
Addressing the late examinees, the JV Vice Chancellor said, "We will try to evaluate them separately and we are always working for the welfare of the students."
University Proctor Professor Dr. Tajammul Haque arranged for the 12 late examinees to take their exams on the ground floor of the Bhasha Shaheed Rafiq Bhaban.
When asked to meet the 12 students who arrived late after the exam, one student said, "They gave us an extra 10 minutes."
In this regard, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor Dr. Parimal Bala said, "We are currently holding a meeting with the 12 students who came late. We will inform you later."
