A human chain protest was held by the Bangladesh Book Publishers and Sellers Association, Gouripur Upazila branch, in protest of the attack, vandalism and looting of a bookstore by terrorists in Gouripur, Mymensingh.
On February 25 at 9:30 pm, terrorists ambushed, vandalized and looted the book seller Boi Bitan shop in front of Shaheed Harun Park in Gouripur Municipality. In protest, on Tuesday, March 1, at 11 am, a human chain was formed in front of Shaheed Harun Park. General Secretary Biplab Kumar Biplab Library Sen, Treasurer Miraj Ali Khan, (Bis Millah Library), Vice-President Abdullah Al Mamun Roni (Bandhu Library), Member Munna (Maliat Library), Abu Sayeed (Medina Library), Biplab Kumar (Janta Library) spoke under the chairmanship of Sadat Hasan Rajib, President of Bangladesh Book Sellers and Publishers Association, Gouripur Upazila Branch.
