A mobile court raid was conducted at various shops in Bagachra Bazar in Sharsha, Jessore on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. During this, four shop owners were fined Tk 5,000 for not having price lists.
During the mobile court operation at 2 pm on Sunday (March 2), a fine of 2,000 taka was imposed on the owner of Messrs. Anwar Star, 1,000 taka on the owner of Tajmul Star, 1,000 taka on the owner of Sattar Star, and 1,000 taka on the owner of Kalam Star, for a total of 5,000 taka.
During this time, the mobile court was run by Jessore's Sharsha Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Shawkat Mehedi Setu, Sharsha Police Station and other law enforcement officials.
