In order to instill an anti-corruption attitude among young children, prizes were distributed among the first, second and third place winners of the drawing and writing competition organized by the Anti-Corruption Commission and the District Corruption Prevention Committee, Kishoreganj.
80 students participated in the drawing competition and more than a hundred students participated in the essay competition. In the drawing competition, Sidratul Muntaha Zara, Indranil Sarkar, Trijoyi Pal won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively in Group A on the open topic of students of classes 1 and 2. In Group B, Nazmus Shakib Muad, Waqar Roy, Parash Roy won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the topic of corruption-free country and our commitment of students of classes 3, 4 and 5. In Group C, Sneha Chakraborty, Rishit Pal Riddhi, Chowaida Sabah won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the topic of corruption-cancer of society of students of classes 6 to 10.

In the essay competition, Md. Moschachel, Naushin Tasnim, and Naurin Nazneen Beauty won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the essay competition for students of grades 6 and 8 in Group A on the topic of building a corruption-free society through the Satta Sangha and Satta Store, respectively, and Md. Muhibbur Rahman, Tanjiha Moni Keya, and Sawda Akhter won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the essay competition for students of grades 9 and 10 in Group B on the topic of the value of honesty and the role of students in preventing corruption, respectively.
The award ceremony was held at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner today (Monday) at 11:30 am. The event was presided over by the President of the District Corruption Prevention Committee, Professor Rabindranath Chowdhury, and the Deputy Commissioner, Fauzia Khan, was present as the chief guest. The Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Commission, Kishoreganj District Office, Md. Iqbal Hossain, was present as the special guest. The President of the Kishoreganj Press Club, A.K. Nasim Khan, and the General Secretary, Md. Saiful Malek Chowdhury. The Assistant Director of the Anti-Corruption Commission, Kishoreganj District Office, Mahathir Muhammad Sami. 71 TV's Kishoreganj District Correspondent, Salek Hossain Roni, and the Senior Staff Reporter of the Daily Sangbad Chitra, Mahfuzul Haque Khan Jiku, were present.
Also present were school, college, and madrassa teachers, officials of the District Anti-Corruption Commission, and journalists from print and electronic media, among others.
