The 44th founding anniversary of the National Journalists Association was celebrated with a colorful event in Sharsha, Jessore.
A joyous rally was organized by the Sharsha Upazila National Journalist Association from Benapole International Land Port at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 12. The rally ended at the land port after visiting Benapole Bazar.
Afterwards, the event was celebrated with a discussion meeting and cake cutting at the Benapole office of the National Journalists' Association, chaired by SM Abul Bashar, through Quran recitation.
Present at the event were National Journalists Association Jessore District President Abdul Hai, General Secretary Sultana Ahmed, Sharsha Upazila Committee President SM Abul Bashar, General Secretary Kamal Uddin Biswas, Organizing Secretary Shariful Islam, special guest journalist Milan Hossain, Advisor Shariful Alam Nayan, Joint General Secretary Mehedi Hasan Sohag, Co-President Abdul Jalil and all members of the National Journalists Association.
