Satyajit Das:
On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Sylhet's humanitarian organization "Sat Pather Pathikra" has taken the initiative to sell Iftar for just 5 taka. This program will continue throughout the month starting from the first day of the holy month of Ramadan. The organization will distribute more than a hundred Iftar packets at various important points in Sylhet city every day.
The main goal of this initiative is to ensure quality iftar for the helpless, low-income and ordinary fasting people. Every day, a fasting person can get an iftar packet for just 5 taka.
The organization also said, "Relief and ration distribution activities will begin the day before Ramadan. In addition, completely free iftar will be provided to various orphanages and madrasas."
Anyone can contribute financially or join as a volunteer to this noble initiative.
The organization has called on people from all walks of life to participate in this program so that the blessings and rewards of Ramadan can be spread among everyone.
