The five-day Bangladesh Scouts Kawkhali Upazila's sixth Upazila Cub Campuri 2025 was inaugurated on the grounds of the KG Union Government Boys' School in the upazila on Monday, February 10 afternoon, organized by the Kawkhali Upazila administration of Pirojpur.
Kaukhali Upazila Executive Officer Sajal Molla inaugurated the program as the chief guest.
Among others who spoke at the event were Upazila Primary Education Officer Monibur Rahman, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Kaukhali Upazila Branch President Maulana Nazrul Islam, Scout General Secretary Shamsur Rahman Mizan, Kaukhali Model Government Primary School Headmaster and Commissioner Subrata Roy, Upazila Cub Leader Nuruzzaman Sikder, Primary Teachers Association General Secretary Habibullah Fakir, and others.
Upazila Executive Officer Sajal Molla said, "Through this camping, students will play a special role in social development. 210 students and 35 teachers from 35 government primary schools in the upazila will participate in the five-day program."
