Metropolitan Representative:
The inauguration, farewell and welcoming ceremony of the newly elected committee of the Bangladesh Land Officers Welfare Association Rangpur district were held.
It was organized on Saturday (February 8) at the Binojgat Amusement Park in Rangpur Sadar Upazila with a day-long grand event.
At the beginning of the ceremony, 26 newly elected members of the Bhumi Officers' Welfare Association took the oath. Rangpur Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Saiful Islam was present as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony.
The day-long event was presided over by Md. Mizanur Rahman Iqbal, President of the Rangpur District Branch of the Land Officers Welfare Association, and moderated by General Secretary Mahbub'ul Haque Dudu.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Metropolitan Circle Farida Sultana, Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Sadar and Taraganj Upazilas Jinnatul Islam, Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Gangachara Upazila Jannatul Ferdous Urmi, Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Badarganj Upazila Maliha Khanam, Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Kaunia Upazila Lokman Hossain were present as special guests at the event.
Also present at the event were Bangladesh Land Officers Welfare Association Central Committee Secretary General Md. Asaduzzaman, Organizing Secretary Moniruzzaman, Vice-President Nasir Uddin, Additional Secretary General Nazrul Islam, Office Secretary Mahtab Mahmud and many others.
At this time, Rangpu District Land Officers Welfare Association presented mementos to Nabin Bhumi Deputy Assistant Officers and retired Land Assistant Officers. Later, the program ended with the distribution of prizes to the winners after the cultural program and raffle draw.
