The interim government's advisory council is going to undergo changes in the coming days. This information has been revealed by some sources close to the government. Information and Broadcasting Advisor Nahid Islam has also hinted at this in several recent interviews.
In an interview with the media, Nahid Islam said that within a few days, students on the advisory council, including himself, could resign.
It is believed that all three advisors to the government as student representatives may resign. In that case, various discussions are underway about who could take their positions.
Some analysts believe that a caretaker government may also be formed after the three advisors leave their posts.
On the other hand, the announcement of a new political party for anti-discrimination students is coming at the end of this month. In addition, the issue of banning the Awami League, not an ordinance, will be left to the judicial process.
Information and Broadcasting Advisor Nahid said that he and the student representatives who served as advisors to join the party's activities may announce their resignations within a few days.
Stating that there are plans or discussions for a new political party led by students, he added, "If I want to join that party, it is not possible to do so while in the government. If I want to join that party, I will resign from the government."
He said, "We are thinking. I am also thinking personally. If I think it is more important for me to go to the field and work with the people than for the government, I think I will leave the government and join the process of that party."
Stating that the announcement has been made, he added that the party will be formed this month, and a final decision will be known to everyone within a few days.
