A press conference was held on the occasion of the historic workers' conference of the Brahmanpara Upazila branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Comilla district. The press conference was held at a local restaurant on Thursday (February 27) at 11 am, organized by the Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami.
At the press conference, Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Maulana Rezaul Karim said that today (February 28), Friday at 9 am, Jamaat-e-Islami's workers' conference will be held at Brahmanpara Government High School grounds, InshaAllah, a historic workers' gathering of 10,000 people. In this gathering, a message will be sent to the government to outline the various development plans to bring Brahmanpara Upazila into the realm of modernity. If the plans are implemented, the neglected Brahmanpara will become a model upazila.
The conference will be attended by the chief guest, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Nayeb-e-Ameer Professor Mojibur Rahman, special guest Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Central President Md. Zahidul Islam, former central president and Dhaka Metropolitan South Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary Delwar Hossain, and the president of Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Maulana Rezaul Karim, along with the central, regional, district and upazila leaders of Jamaat. Various preparations, banners, posters, leaflets, festoons, public relations, procession meetings are being held around this conference. As a result, a festive atmosphere prevails among the workers in every neighborhood and neighborhood of Brahmanpara Upazila.
At this time, former Vice Chairman of Upazila Parishad Maulana Mizanur Rahman Atiki, Nayeb Ameer of Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Khandaker Mohammad Shahjalal, Secretary General Maulana Anisur Rahman, Assistant Secretary Maulana Rafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Shidlai Union Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Maulana Abu Kausar Sarkar, Madhabpur Union Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Hafez Maulana Monir Hossain, Sahebabad Union Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Md.
