It is learned that on January 30, the 335-member convening committee of the Bogra district branch of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement was announced. Immediately after the announcement of the committee, there was anger among the defectors for including some non-students, extortionists, and those involved in various crimes. In the face of protests, the post of the organization's member secretary Shakib Khan was suspended.
Meanwhile, the joint member secretary of the announced committee is Meraj Hossain, a student of Santahar Government College. He was appointed as the deputy education and curriculum secretary of the Bogra District Chhatra League committee announced on February 26, 2023.
