The Appellate Division has stayed the High Court's verdict, quashing the government's decision to issue appointment letters to 6,531 candidates who passed the post of assistant teachers in government primary schools in Dhaka and Chittagong divisions.
The three-member Appellate Division, led by Senior Justice Md. Ashfaqul Islam, issued the order on Monday (March 3).
