Shibaloy Police Station OC ARM Al-Mamun received a commemorative plaque as the best Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Manikganj district. He was given the award in recognition of his responsibility.
Recently, the Manikganj District Police Administration presented him with this honorary memento through a ceremony. At the time, Police Superintendent Yasmin Khatun and senior officials of the district highlighted his activities and contribution to maintaining law and order.
Police Superintendent Mosammad Yasmin Khatun presented the medal to him at the Police Superintendent's office.
Additional Superintendent of Police Sadar, Shivalaya Circle and other officers were present at the time.
Local residents said that under the leadership of OC Al-Mamun, there have been positive changes in the operations of the police station. In addition to a decrease in crime, the relationship between the police and the public has become stronger.
It is worth mentioning that ARM Al-Mamun joined Shivaloy Police Station as Officer-in-Charge (OC) on September 11, 2024. Since assuming office, he has taken strict steps to maintain law and order. He has earned the trust of the people by conducting various activities to increase public awareness, including drug eradication, counter-terrorism, and prevention of social crimes.
In this regard, OC ARM Al Mamun said that being selected as the best OC of the district police, the criteria on which I was awarded increased my responsibility to deliver legal services at my workplace and at the doorsteps of the common people. This recognition is not just mine alone, it is the result of the teamwork of the entire Shivalaya police station. We are committed to serving the people, and our efforts to maintain law and order will continue. And community policing activities will be strengthened to further improve the law and order situation. The involvement of the local people in crime prevention will be increased and strict action will be taken against social crimes.###
