Md. Mohaimin Azim Tasin has been elected as the president of the 2025 session of the Executive Council of Patuakhali University of Science and Technology Unit (Barisal Zone) Bandhan, while Md. Maruf Hasan has been elected as the general secretary and Md. Mehedi Hasan Emon has been elected as the zonal representative.
The Executive Council announced the full committee of the 2025 session and formed the voluntary blood donors' organization. The committee includes Abdullah Al Sajid of the NFS faculty and Pushpita Rani Kundu of the FBA faculty as vice-presidents, Atiqur Rahman of the Fisheries Science faculty as joint general secretary, Md. Mazharul Islam Anik as organizing secretary, Md. Ariful Islam Riyad as joint organizing secretary, Md. Nazrul Islam as treasurer, Tasnim Wazed Dola as office secretary, Abdullah Muhsin Tanzim as publicity and publication secretary, Md. Shakib Al Hasan as information and education affairs secretary, and Mohammad Azman Imtiaz Murad, Suraiya Akhter Tinni, Md. Abdus Samad, Md. Mainul Islam, Sabrin Ritu as executive members.
Newly elected president Md. Mohaimin Azim Tasin told reporters, "My aim is to improve the image of the Patuakhali University of Science and Technology unit in the Barisal zone and all over Bangladesh. I will do everything I can to advance the unit, InshaAllah."
