The newly formed Executive Committee-2025 of the District Student Welfare Association, Joypurhat, which is run in the bond of unity, discipline and brotherhood of students studying at the Islamic University from Joypurhat district, has been announced and approved. Mohsin Ali, a student of the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, has been elected as the President of this committee, and Md. Tamim Hossain, a student of the Department of Management, has been elected as the General Secretary.
The District Student Welfare Association held the Newcomer Welcome and Senior Farewell Ceremony-25 on February 12. After the ceremony, in the presence and with the consent of the association's distinguished advisors, the Chief Advisor and President of the Fine Arts Department, Professor Dr. Kamrul Hasan Sir, announced the full committee of 34 members.
Greeting all the newly formed committee members, Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Kamrul Hasan said, "There will always be compassion for the present Joypurhat district, which is always in the pulse and touch of life. I congratulate and congratulate the newly formed committee 'District Student Welfare Association, Joypurhat 2025' for keeping it alive. I hope they will always work tirelessly for the welfare of the District Student Welfare Association, Joypurhat with the utmost sacrifice and dedication."
Ariful Islam Arif, the outgoing president of the association, said that the District Student Welfare Association is a voluntary and non-political organization. This association is going through two eras of its journey. Everyone here is qualified to fulfill their responsibilities. But even if it is not possible to keep everyone in charge, it is expected that everyone will work tirelessly to move the association forward together. The newly formed committee has given priority to the youth leadership. Hopefully, with the help of the youth, this association will go a long way in the future by conducting more creative activities.
