An exchange meeting was held between headmen and traders under the chairmanship of Kawsar Mehdi, Signals.
3 local headmen and 08 traders were present in the said meeting. In addition, other BGB members including the Zone Deputy Commander and Zone Staff Officer were present.
In the exchange of views, the Zone Commander exchanged greetings with the visiting headmen and traders of various districts, inquired about their progress and discussed various issues. The Zone Commander said that the directive of the Honorable Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh, "BGB will be a symbol of border security and trust", is always very dedicated and dedicated to maintaining communal harmony and security in the Waggachhara Zone. In this context, the Zone Commander requested the visiting headmen and traders of various districts to improve the security situation in their own areas and improve the socio-economic conditions through various developmental activities including increasing public awareness. He also expressed his willingness to provide appropriate cooperation to ensure discipline and security in the zone area through round-the-clock communication and coordination. The Zone Deputy Commander, Acting Quarter Master and representatives of electronic and print media were present in the exchange of views.
