The alphabet academy held a rally for parents in Paschim Pagla Union of Shantiganj Upazila. The alphabet academy authorities held the rally at the institution's field in the area adjacent to Debbari intersection in Shatramardan village of the union at 11 am on Friday.
The parents' rally was presided over by Bibhas Deb, principal of Barnamala Academy. The rally, conducted by Kamran Ahmed, assistant teacher of the institution, was addressed as the chief guest by Faruk Ahmed, former chairman of Shantiganj Upazila Parishad and member of the Sunamganj District BNP convening committee. The invited guests discussed the progress of the students and other issues at the rally.
Among others who spoke at the rally were Moiz Uddin Lilu Mia, guardian of students of Barnamala Academy, Shantiganj Olamadal president Sajeeb Ahmed, general secretary Saleh Ahmed, teacher and journalist Yakub Shahriar, guardians Chabid Noor, Muktadir Ahmed, Lovely Rani Acharya, Deepali Rudra Pal and school management committee member Dolon Debnath.
School management committee members Ali Ahmed Belal, Lalon Ahmed, Dolon Debnath, Shuvo Dev, teacher Apu Debnath, guardians Sabbir Ahmed, Jalal Uddin, Sanu Acharya, Muktadir Ahmed, Salim Uddin, Sudipa Rudra Pal and Sadiqul Islam, among others, were present at the event.
