Police have arrested four motorcycle thieves in Mymensingh. They were arrested from the Akua Garur Khowar intersection in the city on Wednesday night.
Kotwali Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shafiqul Islam said that while conducting a special operation to arrest the warrant and the kidnapper, a team of Police Outpost No. 3 police including SI Md. Sohel Rana, ASI Md. Abu Sayem and ATSI Md. Ashraful Alam received information at midnight on Wednesday that the kidnappers were blocking the path of a motorcyclist at the Akua Gorur Khowar intersection and threatening him with weapons and trying to snatch his motorcycle.
Police quickly arrested four robbers at the Akua Garur Khowar intersection. They were Md. Saddam Hossain, Md. Taslim Ahmed, Md. Rubel and Md. Parvez. At that time, the police recovered domestic weapons from them. A case has been registered in this incident.
