The body of a young man has been recovered from a neighbor's house in Fenchuganj, Sylhet. The deceased, Sabbir Ahmed (25), is the son of Lilu Mia of Islampur village in the upazila. His body was recovered on Saturday (February 22) morning.
Local UP member Sumon Ahmed said that locals found Sabbir's body lying in front of his neighbor Khaliq Mia's house in the morning. They rescued him and took him to Fenchuganj Upazila Health Complex, where the doctor on duty declared him dead. Fenchuganj Upazila Health Complex doctor Dr. Parag Roy said that signs of hanging were found on the body's neck.
Fenchuganj Police Station OC Md. Moniruzzaman Khan said, "We came to the hospital after receiving the news. We will inform you about the details later after investigating."
